Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening Call
In this stage we'll invite you to a screening call with one of our recruiters via Teams or a phone call. This will be an introductory meeting where we'd like to get to know you a bit more and to give you an initial introduction of the role and the hiring process.
- Stage 2
Assessments
As a part of our hiring process we send out a personality assessment called The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). This assessment helps us get to know you as a person, and to understand your preferences of behaviour in a work environment.
- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Interview
In the first half of this stage you will meet with your potential future manager. The purpose of this meeting is to see if we're a match, and to give you opportunity to ask us any questions that you may have about the role, company or the team. The second part of this will be a short trial in the kitchen so we can better understand your skills.
