Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening Call
In this stage we'll invite you to a screening call with one of our recruiters via Teams or a phone call. This will be an introductory meeting where we'd like to get to know you a bit more and to give you an initial introduction of the role and the hiring process.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager Interview
In this stage, you will meet with your potential future manager. The goal of this meeting is to determine if there is a good mutual fit and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the role, company, or team.
- Stage 3
Assessments
As a part of our hiring process we send out two assessments to get to know you better as a candidate:
- Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)
- General Ability Assessment (Verify G+)
The Occupational Personality Questionnaire is an assessment that helps us get to know you as a person, and to understand your preferences of behavior in a work environment.
The General Ability Assessment is not related to a specific field but rather focuses on your general problem solving ability.
Both assessments are short and combined should only take around an hour to complete.

- Stage 4
Discipline Interview
In this stage you will meet with experienced members of our hiring team for a Discipline Interview. If you have any technical or questions specific to your discipline, this will be the perfect opportunity to ask those questions.
